If you wan't your watch-app to have a circular progress indicator you have to create a image representing each state and animate by loading images in a timed sequence. This is technique is illustrated in Apple's sample project 'Lister'. It's a lot of hard work to create these images by hand!This tool let's you design your own progress-indicator and then generate 100 images representing the frames in the indicators progress state.
