We go past what others have done. Instead of letting you pick from a preset list, you can enter the URL from any RSS based feed and have the feed saved to your list. You can then use your list to access all items in your feed.

Podcastic actually lets you download and listen to/watch your favorite audio/video podcasts, unlike others in the marketplace.
