The app accesses the Victorian Government's Planning Property Report service which provides free reports to planning information for any property in Victoria, Australia. The app uses your current location (when in Victoria), or allows entry of any other address in Victoria, to gain access to the report for that property. Reports are delivered in PDF format and are identical to those which are also available from the Department of Transport, Planning and Local Infrastucture web site. Typically, this app would be used by real estate agents, planners, architects and potential property purchasers to help them view a quick snapshot of the planning constraints of a property.
