Often's the time I'm in the kitchen, having ground up my beans, boiled the kettle and I'm set to go for making some great coffee. Thing is, I don't know how long to leave the ground up coffee brewing in the pot.

You're probably like me, in that you're always looking for that perfect cup of ground coffee. Well, here's a great little utility for helping you out.

Perfect Brew is a configurable brew timer for your coffee pot with a range of 1 to 4 minutes. (Professionals say that no ground up beans should require more than 4 minutes and the actual time varies between 1 and 4 depending on the variety and ground size).

Simple select a time and hit the 'Start the countdown!' button and either sit back and relax or get on with emptying the dishwasher, making a sandwich until the coutdown is done and you're alerted with a pleasant ringing sound.

You easily view the time remaining with a second by second countdown on the screen or with the easy to follow progress bar.
