Cerner Mobile eSignature allows users to view and sign key documents that require patient signatures and includes the following key features:• Patient List• Patient Search• Prepopulation of required forms based upon rule set on patient demographic fields• Present ad hoc documents to be signed• Embed patient demographic information into the document• Multiple input methods including, signature(s), check boxes, free text, witness stamp , and signee relationship drop down box• Document save directly into Cerner EHRIMPORTANT: Cerner Mobile eSignature requires your organization to have a valid license and be on release 2012.01 or higher.
