+++ Welcome to PEPcoach – the Personal Exercise Prescription App +++PEPcoach has been designed by clinical experts to make exercise prescription easier and more effective – for both clinician and client. PEPcoach allows the clinician to free draw or take photos / videos of the client performing prescribed exercises and quickly add individualised instructions to the image. This gives clarity to each client performing their specific exercise. The exercise program can be then be emailed to each client. Build up your personal library of exercises for quicker prescription, or share with others.The two main challenges with exercise prescription are for the client to remember the correct exercises, then to actually do them! Your client can use the email of their personalized exercise program and / or opt to use the Client App myPEP on their iPhone / iPad to remind them when to perform an exercise. myPEP will also help record their progress. Clients can even email their clinician back with an exercise performance history prior to their next consultation - a great motivational and feedback tool.
