The PAK Pass By application makes acquiring the exterior noise of vehicles easy and efficient. The app consists of standalone working components namely: the track system, the driver system(s), the control system and the weather station.The PAK Pass By app is designed for both track and driver system. Users can configure the system interactively and drivers are assisted during the measurement. All information is displayed on an iPad by 4 overview tabs as follows: Driver:Shows all relevant information regarding the vehicle’s speed, rpm and status information from analog or digital instruments.Configuration:Provides an overview of all measurement quantities and settings for both the driver and track system. Track:Checks the track system’s signals and displays the current measurement signals.Hardware:Allows for channel settings to be modified of all sensors used.Features:* Continuously displays real-time data from the autonomous PAK MKII frontend.* Dynamically connects to several PAK MKII frontends.* Determines the GPS position of each PAK MKII frontend including the quality of the GPS connection* Task-oriented, interactive display settings * Checks signal quality for each test run.Benefit:By having complete access to the standalone PAK MKII frontend, users are able to configure the measurement settings for each task.
