The OrthoApp is an easy to use guide to Orthopaedic procedures performed at the Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. It features information about getting to hospital, tick lists of things to bring with you, where to report to and details, including videos, of what to expect from your operative procedure.
The OrthoApp also features, in both text and video format, physiotherapy exercises which allow the user to view and learn the exercises with the additional bonus of being able to set reminder so that the user can plan their post-operative exercise regime.
Alongside these informative and user friendly features, the App has a contacts page that allows you to dial the appropriate telephone number directly from the App.
