OneContent™ Mobile Media Capture enables users who interact with patients, such as physicians, clinicians, and case managers, to capture structured documents containing media, patient information, anatomical locations, and text annotations directly into OneContent™ Patient Folder using Apple® smart phones or tablets. The solution enables patient photographs and supporting documentation to be included in the legal medical record at the time of capture, ensuring all data collected remains as a single package and point of reference.
