Offline Translator is a freeware Android application which helps you to translate vocabulary with the help of the free offline dictionary files of dict.cc (therefore no roaming charges abroad)!

Please note that I work on this project in my free time only!
On some phones the app is unable to import the very large EN-DE and DE-EN dictionaries due to lack of memory.
In this case use the import via PC (http://dicticc.wiki-lab.net/pc).
