The Incoterms® rules are an international recognized standard developed by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and are used worldwide in international and domestic contracts for the sale of goods. The rules provide internationally accepted definitions and rules of interpretation for most common commercial terms and by clarifying the tasks, costs and risks involved in the delivery of goods from sellers to buyers.

The latest version of the rules, Incoterms® 2010, is the most comprehensive set of Incoterms® rules to date.

This official Incoterms®2010 application has been developed by the ICC to gives the presentation of all 11 Incoterms® rules, including helpful advice and guidance notes. The buyer's and seller's obligations under the different rules are each presented in different tabs allowing you to view them easily and to flip from one tab to the next.
