With noise nuisance cases it is important that evidence is logged over time to demonstrate that a problem exists. The Noise Nuisance App enables the sufferer to get a head start by logging the information needed to help progress their case.

Using the Noise Nuisance App is easy; within seconds the sufferer is able to make audio recordings of the noise and enter detail about the nature of the disturbances. At any point the user can then email their diary and share the audio files directly with their environmental health department or local enforcement authority. Alternatively, the sufferer can use the evidence they have gathered by taking their own action or refer information gathered to anyone else who might have a responsibility to act to prevent nuisances (for example housing associations).

The App also comes with information videos on noise, statutory nuisance and the alternatives to legal action, as well as a news feed with links to useful information and articles.
