National Federation of Insurance Field Workers of India (NFIFWI)-Ahmedabad Division is the sole representative organisation of around ______ Development Officers of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). NFIFWI a single unified national forum was formed on 19th January 1957, NFIFWI is non political in nature and is one amongst the few organisations world over which has remained intact and completed 57 years of service as a trade union. Ever since its inception, NFIFWI has been contributing to the qualitative growth of LIC of India and Insurance Sector in India as a whole and has stood for the welfare of policy holders, Agents and Development Officers.

Our NATIONAL FEDERATION has been on solid foundation, glorious and not so glorious, always has been fighting incessantly for the legitimate rights of its members. It is all because of our veteran leaders who have toiled day & night, their sweat, tears, and dedication they have taken big strides. Kudos! to all those leaders who have maintained excellence Cap-a-pie; and extended the fragrance of transparency in their activities.

These historic moments for 59 years of the formation, imparts the sense of pride that our togetherness will continue in the new and new battle grounds against our masters. Let's take this torch which our veteran leaders have passed on to us for the new and younger generations who have joined us. We assure to ensure that all our initiatives would be in the greater interests of its members in the days and years to come.
