Just create one or more Alarms using NFC Tag(s). When the alarm goes off it can only be dismissed by the Tag that created it, so place the Tag at some place that would surely have you get up from bed (e.g Bathroom, Car, Up on a shelf).
NFC is a common technology these days, so try out your university card, public transit card, work place card as NFC Tags. If none of these work you can easily and cheaply get a Tag yourself!
Almost all newer phones are NFC enabled now. If your phone doesn't support it, you can still use the Alarm Clock without this feature.
