The Personal Property Registry APP, called My Guitars, is the user's mobile interface to The Personal Property Registry's services for musical instrument owners. We have developed a Services Platform running on the Cloud which provides valuable services for those people concerned about not being fooled into buying a fake instrument or are concerned about recuperating a lost or stolen instrument.Our first version of the APP contains the basic functions of "Registry", "Search for Serial Numbers", and "Declare Stolen or Found". You may also transfer "title" of your instrument to someone that has bought it form you. Thus we establish a "traceability" of a valued instrument from the factory through to its current owner. We also allow free access to Law Enforcement worldwide so that they may put on the "Stolen" database, those instruments which they have recovered but have no way to find the owner.
