At the start of each day (or the night before) highlight the three most important things you have to do in the coming day. Do them first. If you get nothing else accomplished aside from your MITs, you’ve still had a pretty productive day. What are “Most Important Tasks (MITs)“? Take some time to identify which tasks are critical at the moment. Every day, create a list of two or three MITs, and focus on getting them done as soon as possible.
