This is as fast as others but the start-up is faster by one frame. You do have, however, a slower start-up on your move and slower projectiles in general, so it is harder for you to hit them out of their moves with them. Your main goal is to force them to jump, as you have the best anti-air moves of the game.

All diagonal jumping Fierce and Roundhouse attacks have nerved dizzy properties. The normals with most range have a very long recovery time.
