Bahnhof Mobile Office makes it easy to handle both private and work calls in one phone. Giving you all the mobility you could benefit from in your work without the need for buying an IP phone. You can set your status, see your colleagues status and make calls that connects through your extension.

The alternative ways of handling your outgoing calls in Mobile Office are:

1. Regular call. Makes a regular phone call displaying your mobile number to the recipient. The charge is put on your mobile plan.

2. Extension call. The phone call is directed through the phone exchange (PBX) displaying your extension number to the recipient. The call to the PBX is charged to your mobile plan, and the PBX handles the call to the recipient.

3. Call me. The phone notifies the phone exchange (PBX) that a phone call should be initiated. An incoming call will then reach your phone from the PBX and when answered, the call is connected. Your extension number is displayed to the recipient. If the phone do not have access to data network you are not able to use Call me.

You are able to use the flexibility in calling by simply starting a phone call from the the regular contact list or the dialer. Your phone will suggest starting the call with Mobile Office, enabling the use of different call alternatives available in Mobile Office. Using the app you are able to set your status, see your colleagues status and browse the phone log of your extension.You are also able to start phone calls from within the app to by pressing a colleague or an item in the call log.
