Sheikh e Tareeqat Ameer e Ahle Sunnat, founder of DawateIslami Allama Maulana Abu Bilal Muhammad Ilyas Attar Qadri Razavi Ziaee is one of the spiritual and scholarly personages of the present age. He was born on 26th Ramadan 1369 AH (1950 AD) in Karachi, Pakistan.
