The Match2Learn Tamil App is a fun way for kids or beginners to learn simple Tamil vocabulary. This app involves a simple Memory game where the user matches pairs of cards with images of fruits, vegetables, animals, birds etc. If the pair of cards match up, they are removed from the pile. Each word is reinforced through audio in Tamil language, which plays every time a user taps to open a card. Also the spoken word can be read in its original script, reinforcing quick learning of the written language as well.

The game also allows user to set the game to Quiz Mode, through the Settings. In the Quiz Mode, the user is shown multiple pictures and has to find an object that is spoken out. Once the users have mastered vocabulary in a particular area, they can use the quiz mode to verify vocabulary comprehension. Users can also turn-off audio to focus on the practice of reading the script and identifying the correct objects.
