How to use App? Follow below steps.
1) open app >> Capture photo from Camera or Select photo from Gallery
2) See below 4 options likes >> Photo effect, Rotation, Mask Selection, Save photo.
3) Done edition in photo and click on save button.
4) Set selection to crop photo >> You have 3 options likes >> Set As Wallpaper, Share Photo and Save photo in SD Card
5) Open new Screen to see other apps from developer, to share App if you like app, to rate app if you like app.
