Opening his first restaurant in Alpine in 1993 he took the basics he learned from his past experiences and applied fresh new dishes to compliment his menu. After seeing the buzz that was generated from his first location Dagoberto went on to open his second restaurant in Ramona in 1995. At this point they had two locations under their belt and things were on the up and up. They worked day in and day out to build these businesses and get to the point where they were financially secure. They opened their third location in El Cajon in 2010. Manana’s Mexican Food is becoming a household name for Mexican Food in San Diego. They have the menu of a taco shop with the look and feel of a home style restaurant.
