Mamtamai Shri Radhe Guru Maa is a spiritual teacher in the ancient Sanatan Hindu tradition. She was born in Dorangala village in Gurudaspur, Punjab, and currently lives in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a child, she was drawn both to the teachings of the Sikh tradition in which she was born as well as to the temple of Maa Kali in her village.

Guru Maa was initiated into spiritual practice by her guru Shri Shri Mahant Ramdeen Das 1008 of the Paramhans Bagh Dera, Hoshiarpur, Punjab, when she was 23. A few months after meeting the Mahant, Guru Maa withdrew from all familial and societal concerns to dedicate herself to the service of Lord Shiva and his consort Maa Uma.

Guru Maa considers the worship of Lord Shiva and Devi as the antidote for all ills. She worships her ishta devatas through teertha yatras, bhajan, and ritualistic worship prescribed by the shastras of the Sanatan Hindu Dharma. She prescribes this path to those who seek her blessings.

Mamtamai Shri Radhe Guru Maa s ishta seva takes three forms. Once a fortnight, she holds a Mata ki Chowki and bhajan sandhya at her Bhavan in Borivali, Mumbai. Both the events are free and open to all devotees. After the chowki, Guru Maa s devotees proceed to her divya darshan.

Two, Guru Maa accepts invitations from devotees to bless their homes with her presence. Three, Guru Maa urges devotees to undertake social service initiatives that include donation of blood, clothes, food, books and medicines to orphanages, old age homes and sadhus. Guru Maa also serves cows and learned Brahmins through monetary, medical and financial support to traditional centres of learning and gaushalas.

Guru Maa s Bhavan is also home to the Gupta joint family headed by Shri Manmohan Gupta. In response to the prayers of the members of the Gupta family, Guru Maa agreed to bless the family home with her lotus feet.

Devotees consider Guru Maa s divya darshan and her drishti to be a channel of her divine grace. Countless devotees attest how their lives have changed thanks to Guru Maa s teachings, advice and sannidhya.
