We built LifeClip because the World needed some sanity back in social networks. We didn't like our pictures and information being sold or used as baits for ads and we were tired of creepers hitting on our daughters. There are plenty of places for folks who like that attention, but we wanted a system that kept our pictures, videos and information private but also allow us to use an alias to have fun with people we didn't know. So, Lifeclip was born....To start you invite people who's mobile numbers you know to be your friend. Friends can see your profile and your pictures but they can't see who else you are friends with. Each of your friends will also have friends of course and if you have mutual friends then you can all chat, share media or video chat freely, privately and securely together. People who don't know each other are never in the same Clip (like a chat room) and nobody can invite creepy uncle Bob in. We call these myClips in the app and when you leave a Clip you can delete everything you ever posted in that room if you want with a single swipe. If you started the Clip you can kick people out of a room, delete the room and all the content in it or have side conversations by Whispering to just one person. You can even just have a live video feed from your phone to everyone in the room. It's fun, it's crazy fast and it's not just another texting app.Now you will also see an area called publicClips and that's where this can get even more fun. publicClips are open to anyone with a LifeClip account but they have to know the code to get into the room. There's no search in here, if you want people to join you in a publicClip then just text or post your secret code anywhere you want. Of course you can still do all the stuff you can do in a private Clip, but in public you can use an alias so your identity is protected.The beauty of LifeClip is that it will always be YOUR network and not for the masses. You can find publicClip codes on the web for just about any interest or you can promote yourself by sharing codes to your clips. When you first start of course it's going to be lonely so invite your friends and get the party started!
