LG P880 Notifications use the touch led for notifications from all apps.
Testet with Stock ROM: v10a - v10h and v20a and CyanogenMod 10.1(Android 4.2.2)
APP has the same theme which uses LG.
You have to root your device to get LED notifications to work.
