'Know Your City' for Windows Phone 7 serves as a travel guide, giving the user important details about any city. The application provides information about famous places, hotels, places of entertainment and local news of a place.
The information regarding places is categorized into ten categories:
• Accommodation
• Entertainment
• Food
• News
• NighLife
• Places
• Shopping
• Travel
• Extras
• Weather
Click on each category to know more. Click on the map button to view the location of place on map. The application provides you basic and advanced search to dig deeper. Select a list item or map pushpin to view reviews of the selected place.
Search for places in the Home page. For more specific results, search in the category page.
To select a city, go to settings page, then select the location in the world map or search in the provided text box and select a result.
