You’ll receive daily motivation that will help you achieve your Kiqplan goal. Kiqplan calculates realistic targets for you to hit each day, and sets you personalized workouts and goals. You'll also receive weekly articles about health, wellbeing, nutrition and activity, healthy recipes and workout videos with expert coaching and techniques. With advice and encouragement to keep you motivated, Kiqplan will help you get to where you want to be.

Pair With SHealth or Fitness Tracker:

Pair this Kiqplan with your SHealth or other activity trackers (see Kiqplan.com/connect for compatible devices). Your fitness tracker will automatically send your steps and sleeping patterns to Kiqplan where we will use your stats to calculate personal targets for the following week.
