The application enables to give Compliments as well. Write the Compliment to make someone or your team shine, and tag the Compliment you give with max 3 skills to boost recipient's public top 5 profile and self-insights!
Your top 5 based on your received feedback scores and compliments, are made public. Anything else, such as your compliment and feedback notes are private: the way it should be.
Basic version is free of charge, while the Enterprise Version discloses new features: more data, monthly reports, own branding, and your organization's own competences and skills.
