The impressive chef who is a protégé of the acclaimed Thai cuisine chef David Thompson, has worked in some of the world's most famed Thai restaurants, including Nahm London, the first Thai restaurant awarded with a Michelin star, Nahm Bangkok, Bo.lan Bangkok, Sailors Thai in Sydney, is all keyed up about winning the hearts of local foodies through their stomachs.

Of his years of travelling around Thailand, the 'Isaan' folks from the Northeastern region and their cuisine culture left the fondest memories. The "Isaan" food has a raw, down to earthiness about it that is rarely found in other regions.

Steering away from the heavier, sweeter cousins of the central plains, diners at Kha can expect intense, distinctive and wholesome 'Isaan' style dishes that feature fresh ingredients with a burst of flavours.
