Developed against the backdrop of GotjawalHwansangForest in Jeju, with natural and cultural heritages, the application 'Grand Expedition to the Hwansang Forest with Little Stones' is a service to provide information on 'the family-oriented eco-tours' to those who seek healing and eco-tourism.As a part of supportive projects made by the Culture Research Center from 2014 to 2014, this application was developed with a view for advocating for the Little Stones (animation) and GotjawalHwansangForest (the background of the animation) by using the 'Little Stones' characters. The 'Stones' of Jeju were utilized as materials of trans-media content and characters to produce the animation.Various convenient services are available: GPS, Beacon, AR-based LBS (location-based service), animation-based picture maps, docent-led navigation on forest trails, character guides, casual games, and group photos.The application, 'Grand Expedition to the Hwansang Forest with Little Stones' shared by parents and children, provides vivid experience of eco-learning to users in Gotjawal. We hope you will realize the value offered by nature and learn how to live together with nature through eco-learning.
