Your goal is a simple one: keep all the arrows pointed down. Tapping an arrow will cause it to flip. Flip one down to gain a point. Flip one up and you'll lose 2 points. Arrows will randomly flip up. Arrows that flip up increase the likelihood that neighboring arrows will flip up too. If the 4 closest neighbors of an arrow are up then you will be unable to flip its state until you flip one of its neighbors down. Be quick because if all the arrows go up you lose.
