This is a basic AB timer. The first timer will countdown to zero than the other timer will start. This will repeat itself until you choose to stop or pause the timer. Sound effects alert you to the end of one timer and the beginning of the next. The interface colors also completely invert, making it easy to see the timer change with the sound turned off.
This app is perfect for working out: set one timer for your "on" timer and another for your '"rest" timer and let it run for the entirety of your workout without having to change any settings.
This app also works well as a Pomodoro timer. It is extremely basic and offers no distractions to allow you to get down to work.
