It allows crew to monitor their vessel from anywhere they have cell or wireless service.Monitored data points include: - Active alarms w/resolution control- Tank levels- Charting with vessel position, course and speed- Local weather- Security status/controlRia also includes a "Distress" function that samples the iPhone GPS position and sends it to the vessel alerting the crew of trouble ashore. This application will not work on a vessel without an InteliSea system installed.
