Instruct+ is a communication tool that makes it easier for solicitors to find a Scottish solicitor advocate to represent them in a particular matter, or to arrange court cover at short notice. It enables solicitors to send a short email enquiry to all members of the Society of Solicitor Advocates who practice in the relevant field, and is one of the benefits offered to members of the Society. The Instruct+ app* enables solicitor advocates to receive enquiries on the go, ensuring that they can respond quickly when the opportunity arises. The Instruct+ enquiry system relates only to the initial enquiry. All other communication between the parties is done outwith Instruct+. *Please note - You must be an existing member of the Society of Solicitor Advocates with valid login privileges to use the application.
