Founded in the year 1997, with an aim to unify the Indian restaurants in Singapore and provide them with a platform to air their views and concerns, The Indian Restaurants Association Singapore (IRAS) has been at the forefront of the Singapore restaurant scene from then on.
The Association and its members have been following the high standards that the association has laid out for them and been a source of constant pride for the nation. Airing the concerns to relevant authorities and providing support for any issues that requires looking into, the IRAS has been the backbone of the Indian restaurant business.
The IRAS would be attempting to create history once again by attempting to serve the most number of curry fish heads in a single dinner. We will attempt to serve 2012 curry fish heads to coincide with the year and the theme for this year’s food festival. It would be a new Singapore and Guinness world record.
