ICE Lock Screen v1.0 for Windows Phone 8
This is the perfect app to write important messages to be displayed on the lock screen. For example, if you are found injured etc. and your phone is locked a responder could look at the message you have pinned to the lock screen e.g. "In case of Emergency please call 1-555-123-4567" etc and make a call.
In addition to the ICE message the app has preformatted Medical Alert and General Message areas depending on what you want to display. You might use the Medical Alert to indicate you have an allergy or other medical condition. The general message could be used to advertise a reward. However, use the app as you see fit. In addition to messages the app has three preformatted wallpapers to match the lock screen message.
