The Hutchins Organiser is your mobile connection portal to The Hutchins School community. The Hutchins Organiser provides four key features - the Diary, the Timetable, Homework and Hutchins Info. The Diary allows students and teachers to receive notices, reminders and updates from their teachers, mentors and supervisors. Notes are highlighted so students can quickly identify unread notes. Students can also create and edit their own personal diary notes. The Timetable section allows students to access their personal class timetable quickly and efficiently. Their timetable data is accessed from the School’s data management system, ensuring that all information is current and up to date. Students can also add personal timetable entries for events such as sports training and regular music rehearsals. Hutchins Info gives students quick access to all the latest school information including Hutchins Central, the Daily Bulletin and Communiqué. Students can also readily access frequently used information such as the School Song, School and House Prayers and the library catalogue.
