In a celebration of both music and images, the Houston Symphony presents the 'The Planets - An HD Odyssey'. ‘The Planets - An HD Odyssey’ App beautifully marries images returned from planetary spacecraft with Holst’s music, to provide a mesmerizing spectacle on your tablet or phone.Gustav Holst’s score ‘The Planets’ is arguably one of the best-loved classical pieces by a British composer, and one which continues to enjoy considerable exposure today.The Houston Symphony commissioned a high definition visual presentation to accompany the live performance of ‘The Planets’.
