Home Finder is the quickest, easiest way to find a property when you’re on the move. Designed exclusively for the Windows Phone platform, Home Finder has the same distinctive look and feel of the Windows Phone platform. With a couple of taps, you can get a list of properties for sale or rent right where you are. You don’t need postcodes or address details of your current location because Home Finder does all of that for you. You can also use Home Finder to search for properties anywhere else in the UK.

Home Finder lets you to save your property requirements for one- touch access at a later stage, so you don’t have to enter your search criteria again. Search criteria include

• Rent or Buy

• House, Flat or Either

• Min and Max Price

• Min number of Bedrooms

• Min number of Bathrooms

• Search by a post code, distance around your current location or by choosing an area on a map.

Properties can also be short-listed on the main screen for quick access.

Data is provided by the Nestoria search engine. Nestoria sources data from other online property search engine giants such as FindaProperty, Rightmove and many others. If there is a property for sale anywhere in the UK, Nestoria is almost certain to find it.
