Some of the listed holidays are officially recognized by international organizations, while others are not very popular but are still good to know. With each holiday we have included interesting links from Wikipedia or other sources, so you can also learn interesting related facts.

The best thing about this app is its live tile. It is really beautiful and fully customizable. It can show you today's holidays and also allows you to peek at holidays coming soon.
