A simple App to enable Cortana/Tell Me to tell you the Time, via Voice Commands, you Need to Install Voices under Settings -> Speech to Find this Application useful.

You can choose between different Voices from Different Languages to tell you the Time. There are several Options to customize the Look of the App and also how to Say the Time. I hope you fill enjoy using the What Time is it, if not E-Mail me I will try my best to make your experience more pleasant.
