Groundspeed is a speedometer with an extra big-sized display - designed for parachuting and paragliding. As the name of this app implies, the displayed value is the speed above ground, it's not the air speed.It's nice with other sports too: skating, cycling and running. Or it can be a cool speedometer in your car.The unique 16-segment-displays are the fundament of the extraordinary design. This App offers a variety of controls - some are more obvious than others:- Tap MIN and MAX to reset these values.- Tap the unit once to switch the units to mph, knots, m/s and km/h.- Swipe one finger to the left to show one decimal place.- Swipe one finger to the right to hide the decimal place.- Swipe three fingers up to change the color to a random color. - Swipe three fingers down to reset the color to green.WARNING: skydiving and paragliding are high risk activities.
