Your employee never sees the timecard and cannot modify it in any way. In addition, the settings for the employee name/ID, the email address where the timecard is sent, and whether breaks and lunches are paid can be password-protected so you have complete control over the timecards, preventing misuse such as employees clocking in for each other.
