- A very simple, clean, uncluttered, easy to use, fast, speech to text (as in words, not texting) app to use for elderly people who are hard of hearing and can not see very well. Would work for deaf people also.
- One click and you are ready to go. Click on "speech to text" button, speak, and the built in speech recognizer program will convert what you say to displayed words.
- You can edit words that do not translate correctly by clicking in the text field and using the keyboard that pops up.
- Pressing the "speech to text" button again will automatically clear out the old text and enter the next sentence you say. Saves time by not having to use the backspace key or highlighting and deleting.

- Font size is 24. Due to font size, recommended for larger screens.

- You can set your tablet to sleep after 1 min, so you can save power while waiting to use it again with the person you are with.
- tested on and runs on Asus Google Nexus 7, 7 in tablet, ANDROID OS ver 4.2.2 (note: ver 4.2.2 has speech recognizer that works offline, very useful if you are not near a WIFI hotspot.)
- adult word filtering not complete even with block offensive words activated.
- works great with my hard of hearing dad who was an artillery sighter in the WWII 442nd infantry regiment 105mm howitzer battalion. The most decorated regiment in the history of the US army. They did not issue hearing protection back then.
