The Gateways to Opportunity app has been developed to provide mobile-based tools that provide another way to access the professional development supports available.The main feature of this app is for use when attending a Gateways Registry-Verified Conference. These are conferences throughout Illinois (and neighboring states) that have gone through a voluntary quality assurance process. To find a Registry-verified conference near you, search our Statewide Online Training Calendar at http://registry.ilgateways.com/find-training.To use this app, you must:• Have an online Gateways Registry user account• Have a current Gateways Registry MembershipApp Features:• Log in using the username/password you have set up for your Registry online account• Scan the conference code when you attend a conference• Scan the session codes on the stickers you receive at each session to automatically record your attendance on your Professional Development Record (PDR)
