GasPlan is a chemical agent (CS) calculator designed for law enforcement agencies. It allows users to input the dimensions of a known location as well as either the desired volume of CS, in grams, or the target LCT50 (Lethal Concentration Time) in minutes. With this information, GasPlan will calculate both the desired grams or LCT50.
With this same information, GasPlan can calculate a variety of deployment methods including gas ram/gas safe, ballistic, expulsion, pyrotechnic, baffled pyrotechnic, barricade, and a combination of these. GasPlan will provide suggested quantities of CS inventory items that will achieve the desired volume of CS gas or LCT50. Each deployment method is calculated based on a standard inventory of "CTS" brand CS chemical agents.
