What is this Application?

Fusion Mouse: Fusion of Motion sensor(s) in the Android phone with traditional mouse feature.

What does it do?

Attempts to utilize the motion sensing capabilities of the Android powered mobile device to use it as mouse for a Desktop or Laptop.

What are the Features?

1. Automatic discovery for nearby Computer(s) running Fusion mouse server.

2. Option to look for specific Computer if multiple computers are using the same application in the same network.

3. Simple mouse controls: Left, Right, Centre buttons and Scroll.

4. Option to change sensitivity.

5. Auto-realign to centre of the screen to ease usability.(just power off and on to realign)

6. Long press Left mouse button (till a heptic feedback) to start block selection.

How to Use?

1. Install the Fusion Mouse android application on the mobile device.

2. Copy the Fusion Mouse Server application to your Desktop/Laptop from here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ngkgw0sos5o7rgz/AAC-g2yuJ3w3aJTFinkgV1CXa?dl=0

[Fusion Mouse server requires Java Runtime Execution (JRE) engine 1.6 or higher. Please install the latest JRE before running the server. Download Link:http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html Chose JRE suitable for your operating system]

3. Run the FusionMouseServer.bat file on windows & FusionMouseServer.sh file on Linux/Mac.

[You may need to allow program through firewall on windows - read the pop up you receive once you start the server.]

4. Run the Fusion Mouse Android Application, Discovery screen will get launched, click on "Start Discovery".

5. If the network configuration is right, you will see your computer name displayed, click on it.

6. Thats it, you are now connected to the Fusion mouse server.

7. Click on the power button, this enables the Fusion mouse, move your hand freely to control the mouse.

8. Sensors are prone to errors, so you may loose track of the pointer, just turn the mouse off & switch it on, cursor will be positioned to the centre of the screen again.

9. Change sensitivity, if you find the pointer to be moving too slow or too fast from menu.

Controls Available?

1. Left mouse button - Single Click, Double click & hold (till vibration feedback) for block selection.

2. Right mouse button - Single Click.

3. Centre Mouse Button - Enable free form scroll.

How to set up network?

This application basically requires a Wireless connectivity to work. There are multiple ways to set it up,

1. Using a WiFi router

2. Via WiFi hotspot

3. Wired connectivity
