Many online articles have been published that describe exercises that improve your focus and strengthen your mind. I've tried several of them and have learned how to better tune out the noise of life that gets in the way of achieving my goals.
Focus Builder is a collection of some of these exercises. It guides you through each one to help you improve your focus as much as you want. Several exercises involve concentrating on different things for 5 minutes. Focus Builder achieves this on your phone by using the alarm to let you know that 5 minutes has elapsed... if your phone goes to sleep, it won't be a problem.
