"Find a Smile" encourages you to disengage from angry, non-accepting objects and FOCUS ON GOOD AND ACCEPTING OBJECTS. It's that simple.

Our "attention network" is a very fast and efficient scanner. It learns and forms scanning habits according to the general context in which it is used (e.g. wanting a drink at work will use different scanning patterns than when at home). Each time we learn a new task our scanning habits change accordingly.

If you use this app while waiting in line in a public place . You will change the way your attention network works in public places! The more you use this therapeutic app, the stronger the change.
