Fartlek Watch brings Fartlek workouts to your Apple Watch. This app *requires* an Apple Watch.Fartlek workouts bring interval training to your long runs. Start by jogging for 30 seconds, then running for 20 seconds, then going hard for 10 seconds. That makes one lap. Repeat for as many laps as necessary over the course of your training.This app manages the interval timing. First, set the number of laps that you're going to run using the + and - buttons on your watch.Then, press start. The 30 second timer counts down your easy jog. When the timer goes to 0 and flips to 20 seconds, run hard. When the timer hits zero and flips to 10 seconds, sprint for all 10 seconds. ***Please note*** that there is no way for developers to vibrate the watch at the end of an interval. As soon as this feature is available, we'll update the app. In the meantime, the app will vibrate *your phone* at the end of every interval.
